Should I collect a sample first?
Please contact us before collecting it. Containers, handling and timing can vary with the tests required, so getting instructions first avoids an unsuitable sample.
Do I need a test for every enquiry?
No. We begin with your concerns and available information. Testing is discussed where it would usefully inform the recommendation.
